Chef Upshur spent the last year writing his thoughts about the kitchen and its relationship with our daily lives. "I just jot down ideas every day while driving . I then sat under the willow tree down by the marsh and wrote down my thoughts about each idea. I loved writing it. There's a billion cookbooks out there ,I wanted to do something different".
